Whatever the size of your marketing budget is, there will be no advertising or sales customers continues. But there are inexpensive ways to get the names of prospects and customers themselves using more of their creativity and time that their dollars. The most important questions to ask and answer the following: * How are you single * What is what sells (today) there are more questions, but if you can answer these two, then you are in front of others.
Ask. Can not write or speak or do any of these things if they ASSK first. It may take some time until you get some experience and probably no, but that’s normal. Just ask! Eventually people and organizations will come to you and ask.
In all my suggestions when you go somewhere, have an empty form with the name and date of the event and asked permission to write their name, phone number and e-mail about it. To make room for them to do. Then passed around, or are available to sign.
1. Do something outrageous (which is right for your business). Hold a contest, a party or picnic for their customers.
2. Calling attention to the community by organizing a booth at local events. Go to other small businesses and homes in the neighborhood.
3. Write a blog for her local newspaper, and articles for online use. Put these together to make a course in e-mail or book a regular book.
4. Every time you speak. When you have the “right” of the device, technology lets you connect your device to your computer. Otherwise, have someone to transcribe for you. You can give or sell.
5. Talk to all chambers of commerce, all Rotary clubs and Chamber of Commerce. Talking about an issue that will sell your company, the organization seeks and attracts people. Choose the one you want to sell or talk in the world in every city you visit. They are everywhere.
6. Study your customers. It’s cheaper to keep a client to get a new one. Send Thank you, birthday and seasonal cards. Offer special sales for loyal customers.
7. Keep in touch with the media. To be known as an expert in your field and be available for radio interviews last minute or cable television – as a filler to replace results unforeseen cancellations. You can do radio interviews in pajamas! And with the radio technology in the “Internet” stations where you can be questioned too.
8. Give something of value – to give free demonstrations at fairs or events in the store. Offer free trials or consultations.
Marketing is attracting the attention of potential customers. Find ways to differentiate themselves from the “crowd” of competitors. Be noticed.
Remember that customer satisfaction is the best (and lowest cost), marketing avenue for all. Listen to what your customers want. Give them. And bless you with your business.
